This weekend I will be in Bochum in Germany for the last Pottery Market of this years !
Don’t miss it !
50 potters, in peaceful and nice garden of Villa Baare, delicious homemade cakes baked by the school parents.

English version :

The Checkered Collection:

It all started in 2023 with the very first design: black and beige/light pink (photo 1). Then came many more experiments, eventually leading to the blue and white version you may have seen this year… and, most recently, the pink and red one.

The checkered patterns are created on plates and serving dishes. Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to use them on vertical surfaces: the glazes run and make the pattern disappear.

At my stand this year, you may have discovered or seen a few of these pieces. I’ll soon be making them available in my online shop, starting with a first selection of pieces planned for the end of October.

And finally, the last photo shows the very first test — the beginning of this exploration into layers of glaze and checkered patterns.

À bientôt 👋

Maybe you’re already discovered them on Stories or during a Pottery Market this season… the blue/green & white checkered pattern is one of this year’s new collections! I have been exploring this motif for the past 3 years, starting with a light pink & black checkered pattern.

You can see them in person at the Pottery Market in Köln this August or on my e-shop later this years !

I’ve just added a few new cups to the online shop !!!
Just a little note: the shop will close in April while I get ready for the Pottery Markets. If one catches your eye, now is the time to grab it!

Goedemorgen,

The Shop has been updated with small cups, deep plates and tea filters.
🗓️Next drop in March with the mugs.

Bon dimanche 👋
